Description: Kuba raffia cloth (velour de kasai). Type A.11 Geometrical design consisting of three different design units - Mbolo and 2 Mamanye (chevron) designs. Purple pink raffia canvas embroidered with natural and black coloured raffia. Four units horizontally bordered with a single line of stem stitch; three units vertically bordered with a double row of stem stitch.
