Description: Synthetic stone head of girl, slightly tilted to her right, slender neck; no signature; on wooden base. A letter from Prof Dr Dietrich Schubert of Heidelberg University who worked on a catalogue raisonne by Lehmbruck's oeuvre described it as cast stone (cement) tinted red. He entitles the sculpture "Madchenkopf" (Kopf der grossen Sinnenden).
