Description: Small cylindrical martaban; lid missing; buff-coloured heavy stoneware body; flat base which is concave towards the centre; no footrim; a row of low relief applied dots around the edge of the shoulder. The interior is covered with brown slip; the exterior with a brilliant copper-green glaze which is slightly mottled and terminated about 1 cm above the footrim; the mouth and tip rim of the shoulder are without glaze.
