Description: Chinese wine vase in the bronze shape of Hu (pear shaped); soft red clay body potted in 3 parts - base, body, neck; 2 tiger mask handles with fixed rings; tall foot, flat base; flat mouth rim; 2 borders of horizontal grooves on body each consisting of 3 grooves; single ring under the lip; exterior including the lip but excluding the base was covered with green glaze which has worn off, only traces of it are visible as green brush strokes; interior is unglazed.
